Tai Yang in the Friends Palace
Tai Yang is the noble star for men, ruling over reputation and public service; its transformed energy is Nobility. In the Life Palace it brings an open, upright character, suited to public office and work that builds a name.
Summary
Tai Yang in the Friends Palace gives a wide, bright, outgoing circle that includes many people of reputation and standing. In Temple subordinates are capable and benefactor friends truly help, turning connections into real benefits. Fallen, friendships are shallow and deep bonds rare; the old book says those you have may resent you and leave, so invest more actively. Whatever the brightness, with Qing Yang, Tuo Luo, Huo Xing or Ling Xing, beware subordinates or partners turning against you.

When Temple/Prosperous · 991 sample charts
With Tai Yang in the Friends Palace, your circle of friends is wide, mostly people of social standing and renown; in Temple (Temple = the star is strong), benefactor friends can help, connections easily turn into real benefits, and subordinates are willing to work hard. When Fallen (weak), the old book says "in a Fallen palace, no share; even if there are some, they resent the master and will leave," meaning you get no help — even if you have staff, they'll resent you and ultimately not stay. Whether Temple or Fallen, as long as Qing Yang, Tuo Luo, Huo Xing or Ling Xing are added, the old book says "servants betray the master," meaning subordinates or collaborators turn and bite you.
