1. Introduction

“Zi Wei Chart” (“Lá số Tử Vi”, hereinafter “the website”) is a non-profit, open-source project: it charges no fees, sells nothing and runs no advertising. The website provides a tool for calculating Zi Wei Dou Shu birth charts, a library of classical texts and reference readings. The source code is based on the project Renhuai123/ziwei-doushu (MIT licence) and was localised into Vietnamese in the tuvi-agentic fork.

2. Nature of the content — for reference only

Zi Wei Dou Shu is presented here as an Eastern cultural and scholarly heritage. All charts and readings (including AI-generated content) are for reference, entertainment and study only. They are not definitive predictions, and they do not replace professional advice on medical, psychological, legal, financial or marital matters, or on any other important decision. The website does not offer or encourage ritual worship, exorcism, the sale of amulets or “bad-luck-removal” items, or any other form of superstitious practice.

3. AI-generated readings

• The “AI reading” and “Compatibility” features are generated automatically by a third-party provider’s language model and may be wrong, contradictory or inappropriate.
• Do not use AI content for medical diagnosis, investment or legal decisions.
• Each user has an hourly limit on AI requests to keep the service available to everyone.

4. Rules of use

• Use the website for lawful purposes, consistent with good customs and the laws of Vietnam.
• Only enter your own birth date and time, or another person’s with their consent.
• Do not attack, scrape at high frequency or overload the system; do not abuse the AI API.
• Do not use chart results to insult, discriminate against, defraud or alarm other people.

6. Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is” and may be interrupted or changed at any time. The operating team is not liable for any damage arising from your reliance on the reference content of the website when making decisions.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. They may be updated; a new version takes effect when it is posted on this page.
